The Club Racing Board does not recommend this change. FC is a restricted class. The combination of the MZR engine with a 5-
speed transmission has been allowed in a spec line only in the USF2000 tube frame chassis based on that package's specific
performance level. The relative parity between the Zetec engine and the MZR engine with the current restrictor is just one
component. The 5-speed transmission in that combination remains outside the FC ruleset and would require the creation of a
new spec line, which is expressly disfavored under the FC rules.
