Consider brake caliper allowances

In GCR9.1.9.2.D.6.a., change as follows:
"6. Stock replacement brake rotors may be obtained from sources other than the manufacturer provided they are the exact
equivalent of the stock rotors. In T2 only - 2-piece rotors with ferrous metal rotor disks and aluminum hats are allowed, must be
within 5% of OE diameter. In T3 only - 2-piece front rotors with ferrous metal rotor disks and aluminum hats are allowed, must
be within 2% of OEM diameter. Drilled and slotted rotors are permitted. In T2-Performance alternative rotors, including 2 piece
rotors are permitted. Rotors must be within 5% of OE diameter or a maximum diameter of 360mm.
In T3- Performance alternative rotors, including 2 piece rotors are permitted with a maximum diameter of 360mm.
T4- Performance alternative rotors are permitted but rotors must meet the sizes listed in the spec line."
