Thank you for your letter. This engine doesn't require a spec line. It falls under 2.0 L and is normally aspirated. It is 11.5:1
compression so it has to have the compression lowered when prepared or take the weight penalty of 1.5% as outlined in
9.1.4.2.B.4a. The lift on the intake cam is also greater than .425 so it could be modified to meet our spec or take the weight
penalty as outlined in 9.1.4.2.B.5.a.
