Amend TIR Placement on VW

In T3 Spec Lines, Volkswagen Golf R (12-13), change Restrictor Required as follows:
"36mm TIR max 60mm from impeller TIR may be placed in the OEM turbo inlet as long as the restriction is entirely within the
leading edge of the housing."
In T3 Spec Lines, Volkswagen Golf R (15-18), change Restrictor Required as follows:
"36mm TIR max 60mm from impeller TIR may be placed in the OEM turbo inlet as long as the restriction is entirely within the
leading edge of the housing."
