Align 1.6 Headlight Bulb Removal Rule with NASA Wording

In GCR Section 9.1.7.1.a., change as follows:
“1.6L (1990-1993) cars may replace the stock air box with a cone style air filter assembly. The air filter element is
unrestricted. No ducting or baffling of air to the air filter is permitted., however, the forward-facing driver’s side turnsignal indicator may be removed. The stock plastic air tubes between the AFM and the throttle body may be covered
or wrapped.”
In GCR Section 9.1.7.7., add the following:
“l. 1.6L cars may remove the forward facing drivers side turn signal indicator assembly. No ducting of baffling of air to
the air filter is permitted.”

“m. It is permitted to remove the glass headlamps (bulbs only) on all NA 1990-1997 cars. No other modifications are
permitted or allowed.”
