FIA Driver Suit Homologation

In Driver's Safety Equipment, GCR section 9.3.19.C.1, add the following:
"All suits shall must bear an SFI 3.2A/1, SFI 3.4, or higher SFI certification label or an FIA 1986 Standard or, FIA Standard 8856-
2000, or FIA Standard 8856-2018 homologation label."
