Clarify minimum side body height requirement

In P2, GCR section 9.1.8.C.D.6, change as follows:
"As viewed from the side, T the outermost surface of side pods body between the front and rear wheel openings and above the
floor must have a minimum height equal to the height of the front axle centerline."
