To Pin or Not to Pin Clip-In Harness Restraints

In Cars and Equipment, GCR Section 9.3.18. DRIVER’S RESTRAINT SYSTEM, add as follows:
"G. Snap-in mounting clips must be pinned to help prevent inadvertent opening of the clip if the manufacturer has provided a
hole for such purpose."
