The BRZs and FRSs were given a 50lb decrease to adjust for the coming year, and the Road Racing Competition Committee
doesn’t recommend the increase in tire and wheel width that you proposed. The similar-weight cars that you cited with the
larger tire are FWD and not a fair comparison.

data from the Runoffs where leading examples went head-to-head. The Mustang and RX-8 have wider wheels but are 525lbs
and 325lbs heavier respectively.
