With the Road Racing Program's goal of promoting access and participation, adding an additional fee to Conference participants'
Majors & Super Tour entry fees to assist with covering a Conference Champion's Runoffs entry fee is not something we are
interested in doing at this time.

We appreciate your perspective and feedback. The addition of another advisory committee (AC) for the CRB isn’t recommended at
this time. The responsibilities of the committee you outline are already handled by the CRB and its subordinate ACs. Every member
has the opportunity to voice their opinion within the letter log system as it currently is constituted. However, independent
committee such as you outline could collate input for the CRB for consideration.

We appreciate your perspective and feedback. While we fully support your efforts and the efforts of the HP community for this
event, we cannot recommend this action. Regional events are different from Majors in a variety of ways (race length, run groups,
etc.) so the two aren’t equivalent. It would not be fair to other classes to allow this event to count towards overall class
participation. That said, if you want participation in this type of event to aid the HP cause, please feel free to consider moving the
event to a conference major.

Thank you for your letter. When the U.S. Majors Conference Championships were established in 2013, they were created to
include only specific races but also offer the opportunity for drivers to score points and compete for multiple championships.
Counting outside events would extend each Conference Championship to the final Majors race weekend in the country, which
can be months after the last scheduled race within a Conference, and which could also result in excluding drivers who believe
they have already qualified for the Runoffs.

Thank you for your consideration of these items, as we continue our efforts to balance the GTL classifications into FP. After
reviewing these classifications, the belief as this time is that the current weight differences between the Mini and Spridgets in
the GTL classifications is appropriate, given the differences is these two chassis. It's also believed that the current weight
differences between the specific FP and GTL Spridget classifications is appropriate as well. Due to this, there is not desire to
change any of these classifications at this time. The competition balance within FP as the GTL cars are brought in will be closely
monitored for any need for future adjustments.

Thank you for your suggestion. The Club Racing Board does not recommend this change. The S2000 class was consolidated into
P2 when it failed to maintain acceptable levels of participation. Despite the great turnouts that S2000 experiences in "one off"
events such as the Mitty, there is no evidence before the SCCA that re-introduction of this class would result in sufficient entries
in U.S. Majors events to meet the 4.0 cars per event participation average in GCR section 3.7.4.C. S2000 cars remain eligible for
competition in P2, although some cars may require certain modifications.

Thank you for your letter. These recent additions to HP have been in FP for years, and despite several attempts at
adjustments to improve their classifications, they have remained vastly uncompetitive. They simply cannot achieve a
reasonable power-to-weight ratio for FP, given the weight of their chassis', the limitations of their stock engine and
induction designs, and the Prep Level 2 rules. Through careful consideration of those limitations and their known
performance capabilities within their FP and ITB classifications, and through an addition of weight and a reduction in
Prep Level 2 compression and cam allowances as they moved from FP to HP, it is believed that these cars will now fit and
race well in the existing realm of HP. As they get built, developed, and raced in HP, their performance will be closely
monitored, and adjustments will be made if warranted.

Thank you for your letter. Conference Point Championships are designed to reflect the results of events in that conference and
give a defined end date to a conference season. This also ensures that all competitors are working from the same calendar and
expectation of which events count in each conference point standings. By counting out of division, it extends the end of the
season for all conferences to the very last Majors race in the country for that season. Majors race weekend participation and
race finish credit from any conference counts toward Runoffs qualification but the points earned remain in that Conference's
point standings. Drivers can win a points championship in any conference regardless of their region or division of record.
