worms that the committee wants to open at this time. It is worth nothing that most platforms for this category have rebuild
tolerances in the service manual. Engines that meet the tolerances listed in a vehicle's factory service manual meet class rules and
philosophy.

Thank you for your letter. The BSAC is not opposed to lowering minimum weights across the board for B Spec.
However, at this time we are still gathering data to quantify the effects of recent changes such as the new spec tire
and intakes/restrictor changes for the 2nd and 3rd gen Honda Fits.
Should the committee recommend any BOP changes in the future, we will consider reducing minimum weights over
restrictor changes for the reasons outlined in your letter.
